Pizza Cook
Join our kitchen team and craft the pizzas Albuquerque has loved for over 45 years. You'll prepare dough, assemble toppings, and manage our ovens to deliver consistently perfect pies.
- Prior food service experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Food handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
Front of House Team Member
Be the friendly face of Dions! You'll take orders, serve customers, operate the register, and ensure every guest leaves with a smile. Great customer service is your superpower.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Cash handling experience is a plus
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Weekend and holiday availability preferred
Delivery Driver
Hit the road and bring joy to Dions customers across Albuquerque. As a delivery driver, you'll be an ambassador for the brand — punctual, courteous, and passionate about great pizza.
- Valid NM driver's license with clean driving record
- Reliable personal vehicle with valid insurance
- Smartphone for navigation and order management
- Must be 18 years or older
Shift Supervisor
Lead a team of passionate food professionals during daily operations. You'll manage staff, ensure quality standards, resolve customer concerns, and keep the restaurant running smoothly.
- 2+ years of restaurant or food service experience
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- ServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain)
Restaurant Manager
Lead the entire restaurant operation and play a key role in Dions continued success. As Restaurant Manager, you'll oversee staffing, training, inventory, financial performance, and guest experience. This is a high-impact leadership role with real ownership and career upside.
- 3+ years of restaurant management experience
- Proven track record of team leadership
- Financial acumen: P&L, budgeting, cost controls
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- ServSafe Manager Certification required
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings
